Intro to Paper Piecing II

Judy Niemeyer's Paddlewheel pattern will be constructed in this class.  Judy's paper piecing technique is just a tad different then traditional foundation paper piecing.  Pattern and Paper for piecing will be provided to you the day of class.

Fabric Requirements

¾ yd each dark, light and medium light print (geese blocks, triangle-square blocks, setting squares)

⅜ yd medium print (geese blocks)

⅝ yd black print (triangle-square blocks, sashing, binding)

2 ½ yds backing fabric

45” square batting

Finished quilt- 36 ½” square

Finished blocks- 6” square

Skill Level: intermediate
Skill Details: Intermediate/Advanced- quilting experience required
Materials Included: Pattern and paper
Requirements: Sewing Machine/thread Rotary Cutter Pins/ Quilting clips Glue stick (Elmer's works well) Add-a-quarter ruler and template 6"x12" ruler Scissors/snips 3 Ziploc bags
