PLEASE NOTE: The design will be in your Kimberbell.com account on the 1st of the month. It is IMPORTANT that we have the EMAIL YOU USE WITH KIMBERBELL. If your Heavenly Stitches email is different, please enter your Kimberbell account email in the notes section when purchasing!
You will receive an email saying that your new design, purchased through our shop, is available to download. After receiving this notification, you will download your design by:
- Opening the email from Kimberbell, clicking Download Now, then logging into their kimberbell.com account.
- Clicking My Account and then on Download.
- Selecting the design and downloading to a USB.
Purchase of the Premiere Membership must be made by February 1, 2023 to receive Premiere Membership benefits.
Due to the contract with Kimberbell and the nature of digital downloads ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cancellation or refunds.
