Returns and Class Policies

Returns
  • Heavenly Stitches considers the following items a FINAL SALE and are not refundable: cut fabric, books, patterns, software, embroidery designs, special order items and cabinets/inserts.
  • Heavenly Stitches will return or exchange any unopened and unused item with in 7 days of purchase.  Feet and Accessories must be in the original packaging.
  • We believe in matching you with the right machine for you.  If the machine you purchased does not suit your needs within 10 days of receipt, we will accept the return and give you the dollar value you paid for the machine towards the purchase of another.  Sorry- No refunds on Machine Purchases.
  • Any item bought online can be returned in an unopened package according to the guidelines stated above at the shippers expense.

Class/Event Policies
Payment is required when registering for a class/event.  You may register in person, on-line or over the phone.

  • Cancellation policy
    • Due to the limited space and the popularity of our classes/events NO refunds are given less than 7 days prior to a class/event, unless there is a wait list and your space can be filled.
    • We will issue a 90% refund if cancelling more than 7 days before class/event.
    • If the class/event is being taught by an outside instructor not otherwise employed by Heavenly Stitches and/or a kit is required for the class/event there will be NO refund for the class/kit cost.  If participant is unable to attend they may give their seat to another participant with notification given to Heavenly Stitches.
  • In the event that Heavenly Stitches cancels the class/event a refund will be given if you are unable to make the rescheduled date.
  • 3 participants are required for a class/event to meet.  If a class/event does not have 3 students 48 hours before the start of class/event, the class/event will be cancelled, the participants will be contacted and a refund will be issued.
